Skill	Effect
Offense boost	Boost your total offense by 0.15% every skill point.
Crit chance	Increases your crit hit chance by 0.25% for every skill point, decreases defense by 0.15%.
Crit damage	Increases your crit hit damage by 0.5% for every skill point, increases stealth by 0.25%.
Defense boost	Boost your total defense by 0.15% every skill point.
Homecity defense	Increases homecity and born city defense by 0.1% for every skill point.
Offline defense	Increases offline defense by 0.3% for every skill point. Effect reduced to 75% after 6 hours, 50% after 8 hours, 25% after 10 hours and 0% after 12 hours of being offline.
Stealth boost	Boost your total stealth by 0.25% every skill point.
Immobile resistance	Increases your immobile resistance by 5% for every skill point.
Stealthing	Increases stealthing in city by 0.5% for every skill point.
Money boost	Boost your income from crimes and GTA by 1% every skill point.
Stamina boost	Boost your stamina gains by 0.2% every 15 minutes for every skill point.
Loot boost	Boost your loot chances by 7.5% every skill point.

Travel cooldown	Reduces the travel cooldown by 0.5% for every talent point.
Crimes cooldown	Reduces the crimes cooldown by 0.75% for every talent point.
GTA cooldown	Reduces the GTA cooldown by by 0.2% for every talent point.
Trade units	Increases the maximum amount of drugs you can buy by 3 units for every talent point.
Stocks units	Increases the maximum amount of stocks you can buy by 12 units for every talent point.
NPC damage	Increases damage dealt to NPC's by 1.5% for every talent point.
Crimes income	Increases money gained from crimes by 2.5% for every talent point.
Car value	Increases the value of cars by 2.0% for every talent point.
